One year ago N.N.S. was born.

In the past twelve months NSS has done a lot and faced a series of emergencies brought on by Nochlezhka. The latest and the most important being the possible disappearance of food distribution.

 We realized that working only on the humanitarian emergency can not resolve the deepest problem of poverty and social reinsertion; we need stable financial support to face the day to day as well as the long term problems. The "Who's NSS" reflects this need and outlines the future.

 Through this editorial we hope to attract your attention to the most important points. We invite you to read Nochlezhka Gazette and news from the front, to discover the reality of undocumented Petersburg.
