THE HOME CENTER

In spite of the adversity now faced by the charity tour and food distribution on the streets, NSS will continue to support the center, and to permit its expansion.

The center of Nochlezhka is the heart of the operations of this association. This is where the bus leaves from in order to begin the tour of food distribution which starts every morning at ten o'clock, and where the homeless and the association have agreed to meet for breakfast and hot drinks. In addition, during the tour, they have access to the medical and legal advice, and can acquire clean clothes.

In the attic, which has been converted into a headquarter office, is where the operational center which will coordinate the multiple actions undertaken by Nochlezhka is located.

The home center is also a roof for fifty homeless, providing them with food and a bed.

Currently, preparations for the coming winter are well underway, the boiler, burner and generator have been repaired. The restoration of the external facade is nearing completion as published in the article "short stories in June" in the Nochlezhka Gazette.
